Anxiety

Anxiety happens to us all, but sometimes it gets out of control and takes over our lives and dominates our thinking. This can make life fearful and exhausting!
Anxiety is a fear of some possible future event. Our brain perceives it as a threat and tries to either prepare to deal with such an event or avoid it altogether – whether it is imagined or real.
I can help you to let go of that anxiety and change how you deal with your emotions and thinking.
This will allow you to respond differently to life’s challenges and move forward with calm and confidence, as you free yourself from the shackles of that old anxiety!

I first met Pete in 2019, back then I suffered very badly with depression, PTSD, anxiety and a mental health problem, I was badly abused mentally and physically.I struggled massively to be social, be around men and to just be able to cope with day-to-day life, I had reached a point where I didn't know how to cope anymore, I had broken down and begged for help at the GP’s and psychiatrist and never had any help, I just kept getting sent away.
