Anxiety happens to us all, but sometimes it gets out of control and takes over our lives and dominates our thinking. This can make life fearful and exhausting!
Anxiety is a fear of some possible future event. Our brain perceives it as a threat and tries to either prepare to deal with such an event or avoid it altogether – whether it is imagined or real.
