Many people expect a hypnotherapist to be a bit mystical or detached from the real world. That isn’t who I am.

My background is firmly rooted in logic, structure, and high-level professionalism. Before dedicating my career to helping people be the best version of themselves, I spent years working as a Chartered Accountant. I understand data, systems, and practical outcomes. I know what it means to look at a complex, overwhelming problem and break it down systematically until it is solved. In that job I dealt with people from all walks of life from sole traders to large companies.

Today, as a clinical hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with over 20 years of experience, I bring that same analytical, structured mindset to human psychology. I don’t deal in vague theories or open-ended, lifetime therapy. Instead, I work with you in a strategic way to achieve the results you want as quickly as possible! I specialise in Brief Therapy where many problems will be vastly improved within 2 or 3 sessions.
